Provisioning Coordination
MSSC manages the coordination of incoming consumables, supplies, equipment, and personal effects through the station logistics interface. Residents and commercial tenants submit provisioning requests through the MSSC service desk, which coordinates with station logistics for delivery scheduling, cargo handling, and delivery-to-unit coordination.
Maintenance Request Workflows
All occupied environments are covered by defined maintenance response workflows. Tenants and residents submit maintenance requests through the MSSC service desk with defined response time standards by priority level. MSSC coordinates maintenance execution with station engineering and technical services.
Access Management
MSSC manages physical and systems access for all occupants within MSSC-administered environments. This includes unit access credentials, common area access, service zone entry authorization, visitor coordination, and interface with MSOC security and access control systems for station-wide access consistency.
Resident and Tenant Orientation
All incoming occupants complete a structured MSSC orientation covering their unit or suite, available services, utility access points, maintenance request procedures, emergency procedures, access management, conduct standards, and available station amenities and community resources.
Space Readiness Support
MSSC provides pre-occupancy environment readiness services including utility activation, fit-out completion inspection, systems check, cleaning and preparation, and delivery of any pre-ordered provisioning. Environments are handed over in a defined ready-state before each occupant's arrival.
Compliance Coordination
MSSC helps occupants understand and maintain compliance with station operational requirements, safety standards, environmental rules, conduct expectations, and regulatory obligations. Non-compliant activities or conditions are identified and resolved through a structured compliance coordination process.
Operational Service Desk
The MSSC service desk provides a single point of contact for all tenant and resident operational needs: maintenance requests, provisioning orders, access issues, utility service inquiries, compliance questions, and service escalation. Service desk coverage is maintained continuously during station operational periods.
Long-Duration Resident Support
Long-duration and permanent residents receive elevated service support reflecting the duration and complexity of their occupancy. This includes periodic residential review consultations, proactive maintenance planning, social infrastructure access coordination, and hospitality-level support for life events, schedule transitions, and personal circumstance changes.
